This '99 Harley has over 200k miles on it. We performed an in-depth tune-up, including brakes, tires, electrical, and battery, to get this oldie but goodie back on the road. Mike has been discussing a trike conversion.

For this '99 HD Road King, we performed the following:

  • Fat Spoke Wheels (Front & Back)

Jeff’s 2005 Titan – We fully reworked the rear wheel, including fabricating hubs, bearings, brake mount, and front fender mount. Additionally, we installed new oil lines, tires, brakes, rotors, and calipers, performed a complete tune-up, and polished it to restore this beauty to showroom condition.

We did new camshafts and white wall tires on this '04 HD Heritage Softail.

Here are pictures of a stator, the main part of a motorcycle charging system.


The one on the left is overworked due to a weak battery. The pic on the right (orange coating) is brand new. To keep your stator in tip-top shape, the battery should be kept on a battery tender when not in use. Not properly maintaining your battery (or a weak old battery) causes a costly replacement of your stator.
